Wellness 

Black mental health wellness is essential. Exercise has always been a priority, I am learning to try new modalities outside the box, like Ashtanga yoga. Its vigorous systematic format helps me to mentally expand through challenge my body physically.

One day I hope to teach yoga to 'Seva' serve by instructing classes.

I also believe in  talk therapy for self awareness and clarity from a well trained perspective. It keeps me grounded.

Our human form, is humbling. It is both magnificent and fragile.
